The coaxial illumination uses the reflection principle and uses a half mirror to let the light shine on the surface of the workpiece in the same direction as the camera axis. Only light that is perpendicular to the camera can pass, and light that is not perpendicular cannot pass. Therefore, for flat workpieces with mirror features, the measurement effect of this illumination is very good.
