Just like when you buy a computer, how can it fail in two months? There is only one possibility. The instrument is damaged due to unfamiliar maintenance and incorrect use.

1. Accuracy issues
The use of the instrument is afraid of inaccurate accuracy and large errors. For example, some measurement errors such as the inaccuracy of the x, y, and z axes. First of all, these x, y, z drives and x, y grating scales are basically adjusted before leaving the factory, so after the company buys back the measuring instrument, do not disassemble or assemble it at will. Avoid collisions when in use, and be careful when moving the host. You must first install the fixed block of the workbench to prevent large accuracy errors caused by collisions.
Secondly, the measuring instrument should be placed in a dry, clean and small vibration environment. And to ensure that there is a constant temperature computer room, the temperature is 5 degrees around 20 degrees Celsius, covered with a dust cover when not in use. Otherwise, the instrument parts will rust and the accuracy of optical parts will be impaired.
2. Projection problem
Projection failures are divided into projection screen failures and projection imaging failures.
The failures of the projection screen include: sound when the projection screen rotates, the rotation friction is large, uneven, and the projector does not rotate. These words can be solved by replacing parts and adjusting the tightness of parts. In addition, do not touch the projection screen with your hands. If there is oily stains, you can only wipe it with a little detergent and then a little water to wipe it off. The wipe must be gentle.
Projection imaging failures include: blurred imaging, low contrast light, dark areas; dark spots in the image, etc. For these problems, you can replace the filament, clean the reflector, objective lens, workbench glass, etc. Install a voltage stabilizer to adjust the voltage to stabilize the bulb voltage. Also note that the cleaning solution should be a mixture of 1:4 alcohol and ether, and the wiping must be gentle. You can also use some soft washing utensils such as a brush to remove dust on the surface.
3. Other issues
Others include image imaging failures, electrical failures, workbench failures, etc. These may need to be repaired by adjusting or replacing parts. However, there is no special maintenance method. In short, the precision instrument like the image measuring instrument must be well maintained and maintained. If there is a problem, you must ask the manufacturer to repair it. So when you buy a measuring instrument, you also buy it from the manufacturer, so that you can get a better guarantee in this respect after sale.
