2. Working principle

A high-power optical microscope magnifies the image of the object to be measured, and then transmits the magnified image to the computer through the CCD system, and then generates a complete engineering drawing through computer software. (Detection includes the contour of the workpiece, the size of the surface shape, the angle, etc.) The generated graph can exist in Word, Excel, Dxf, etc. The image measuring instrument can also be regarded as a real-time detection device. If the instrument configuration meets the product requirements, there will be no image lag. The size of the worktable is generally determined by the workpiece.

In terms of working principle, there are certain differences between automatic, semi-automatic and manual measuring instruments. The automatic image measuring instrument is an optical non-contact measuring instrument developed on the basis of the CNC image instrument. It has more powerful functions, higher precision and more convenient operation. The automatic image measuring instrument can learn and memorize the processes of focusing, point selection, function switching, manual correction, light matching, etc. It can automatically complete edge extraction, focusing, matching, measurement synthesis, image synthesis, etc. This improves work efficiency and saves costs.
